The location of the hotel was great, being only a short walk away from the main attractions. The hotel offered clean rooms and friendly staff. the hotel offered transportation arrangements which made getting around the city much easier.

The hotel lacked proper ventilation, causing the rooms to feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The area surrounding the hotel was not well-maintained, with several garbage bins nearby.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient with a market nearby. the rooms are decently sized and some guests reported clean bathrooms. the air conditioning was functioning properly for some guests.

The manager was very helpful and accommodating during our stay at Sraya Alsaif Mahbas Aljin. Despite a small issue with the room reservation, they resolved it promptly and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is also conveniently located within a reasonable distance from the main attractions. I would recommend this hotel.

We appreciated the complementary water bottles and tea bags that were provided in the room. the location was very close to a main street and transportation was easily accessible. the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which was an added bonus.

Our check-in process was not smooth. We arrived at the hotel around noon and were told we had to wait until 3pm for our room to be ready.

Walking distance to the holy site, can hear the call to prayer, strong room wifi. Manager Quwais is friendly and fluent in English.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute ride from the haram. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of prayers. One particular staff member, Hasan, stood out with his excellent service.

the hotel surpassed my expectations during this carnival. it was a much better experience compared to my previous stay in mecca. everything from the cooperative staff to the well-equipped washrooms made our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The hotel is just a short 10/12 min walk to the holy mosque, making it convenient for those wanting to be close. It is clean, and the staff, especially Abdul Rahman, are very helpful. the hotel provides good value for money, and it was adequate for my wife, four kids, and me.
